I'm not able to log-in with my store account?
We migrated to a new e-commerce system in September 2013. If you purchased products prior to September 2013 please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Do you have a trial version of software?
Yes, we have full featured trial version of BridgeChecker for Windows. You will need to complete a zero dollar purchase of software to receive download links.
How is the Windows version of the software delivered?
The Windows version of software is delivered electronically via a download from our servers. Our support team will send license key via email to order point of contact.
How is the Mac OS version of software delivered?
The Mac OS version can be downloaded via the app store using a redemption code or downloaded from our servers as a binary file.
How do I request a formal quote?
Email email@example.com with quote contact info, product SKUs, and quantities.
Is support included in license?
Yes, software support is included.

Do you offer discounting?
Yes, quantity discounting is built into pricing. As you add multiple quantities, the e-commerce system will automatically apply discounting.
I do not want to put in my billing address for the Trial Version of the software, is there a way around this?
